In practice that's rarely difficult — a taxi or rideshare from most central Buenos Aires neighbourhoods is a short ride, and the address itself sits well within comfortable walking distance of Plaza de Mayo and the hotels clustered around San Telmo, if the weather and the hour suit a walk.
Arriving on time
For the dinner package, aim to be there for 7:30pm, when both the doors and dinner service start together — arriving well ahead of that doesn't gain you much, since the room seats guests by table rather than by a first-come queue at the door. For the show-only ticket, the only real deadline is arriving before the 9:30pm start, though allowing a little buffer against Buenos Aires traffic is sensible on any given night.
How long to allow
The full dinner-and-show evening runs from 7:30pm to around 11pm — call it three and a half hours door to door once the transfer at either end is factored in. Booking ahead

Booking a week or more ahead of a specific date is the safer approach if the night matters — walk-up availability on a weekend in season is not something to rely on.
